- Se dois adversários se enfrentar com no primeiro tempo o resultado ficar 0 vs 0 a partida será iniciada como começou, por outro lado se a partida encerrar no primeiro tempo e a partida precisar ser anulada por causa de problemas citado, o jogo estiver 1 a 0 ou 2 a 1, inicia o jogo como terminou.
Data para inicio da primeira FASE: 10/02/2019 e encerramento 17/02/2019
- Caso os advesário não comparecer para fazer seus jogos, receberá derrota (W.O) por não ter feito seus jogos. Para que alguma equipe receba o W.O como vitorioso, este terá que provar que chamou seu adversário e este não compareceu.
